Good
The location is great, very near to the JR Nippori station. The staffs are nice & helpful.
The building is quite old. Some of the facilities need to change to new one.

Value-for-money hotel in a well-connected part of town
The affordability and location of this hotel were excellent. Nippori isn't a trendy part of Tokyo, but well connected for a huge range of lines, including the Narita Skyliner, Yamanote loop trains and Keihin-Tohoku line for a direct service to Yokohama. The front of desk staff were helpful, polite and tried hard speaking English. There was a decent mini fridge with ice-box. The bed, desk area and carpet of the room felt recently refreshed and also it nice of the hotel to provide a wide range of charging and network leads (the wired internet for laptops was fast and faultless) as well as other amenities.
The kitchenette and unit bathroom were dated Showa 61 (1986). While still functional, they felt they were reaching the end of their operational life.
